Not seeing the correct Nearby Retailers in your app? Follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Inside the app on your Featured Screen, tap Account.
- Tap Settings, followed by Update Profile.
- Make sure you have your correct zip code entered.
- Toggle between 'Nearby' and 'All' at the top of each rebate category.
If you continue to have issues, you can go into the main settings of your device and turn the location data "on" for Ibotta using the instructions below:
Apple Users: If you are on an iOS device, you can access your location settings by selecting "General Settings" then "Privacy." From the next screen, you can change location services for each app. Find Ibotta and turn location services on to allow the app to use your location.
Android Users: If you are using an Android device your location settings can be accessed by opening the "Settings" menu. From your settings select "Location" and from there you will be able to allow Ibotta to use your current location.
