If your loyalty card number or phone number has changed, please follow the instructions below:
- Tap on “Redeem” on the Navigation Bar
- Tap on the Retailer to bring up the details of your currently linked loyalty card
- Tap "Use Card"
- Scroll down and tap "Remove Card"
- Refresh the Ibotta app
- Then try reconnecting your loyalty card back through the “Redeem” button
Note: You may also follow this to remove a loyalty card from your Ibotta account. Our team is unable to make changes to your loyalty card information within your Ibotta account.
