We know that change is hard but we've made changing your loyalty card easy!
Did your phone number change? Did you move and have to change your card? Did your sister take over your family loyalty card and now you have to get one of your own? No problem!
Follow these steps to update the loyalty card or loyalty phone number linked to your Ibotta account:
- From Home, tap Redeem on the navigation bar.
- Locate your retailer and tap into the retailer gallery.
- Tap "Use Card" on the Redeem button.
- Scroll down and tap "Remove Card".
- Go back to Home and pull down (using your thumb) to refresh the app.
- To link your new number or card, follow steps 1-3 and link your card after step 3.
NOTE: A loyalty card may only be linked to ONE Ibotta account.
PRO-TIP: Receipts that are sent to Ibotta using a loyalty card cannot be sent in through the app by another user (two-submission retailers only).
