"My Offers" can be found on the Navigation Bar at the bottom of the screen of the app. You can find all of the offers that you have added to your account, sorted by Store or App.
When you add an offer to your account, the retailer gallery that you are viewing at the time is the retailer that will have that specific offer when you are ready to redeem. If the offer is available at many different retailers, the offer will only show up in the retailer that you have viewed AND your favorite retailers. We want to make this easy for you so we will not show all of the retailers.
TIP: You can use "My Offers" as your shopping list to make sure that you don't miss anything while shopping! [Not all retailers provide an optimal data connection in-store. If you are having trouble connecting, please see if your local store has wifi.]
- Tap My Offers
- Select the store where you are shopping
- Once in the Store Gallery, the All tab will house all of your added offers for that store
- While you're shopping, tap on an offer picture to bring up the offer details, scroll down, and tap Check Product Barcode to ensure that you are purchasing the correct product
- Repeat for all eligible offers
- Once you're done shopping, capture picture(s) of your receipt and Ibotta will retain the barcode for previously scanned items
Note: Offers with Optional Multiples and Required Multiples will require all barcodes to be scanned during the receipt submission process.
