Ibotta recently identified an issue with Giant Eagle loyalty linking. Unfortunately, loyalty linking is temporarily unavailable. If you attempt to link a new account, you will encounter an error message. We apologize for the inconvenience and are currently investigating the issue.
If your account is not linked, you will need to submit in-store paper receipts through the Ibotta app by tapping Submit receipt instead to continue earning cash back on eligible offers at Giant Eagle in-store. What if my account is currently linked?
There is no disruption to currently linked accounts. If your account is linked, you can continue to earn cash back through your linked account.
