As you redeem cash back, you'll earn more lifetime Earnings that will advance you to the next club. You can view your current club status by heading to your Ibotta app and tapping the teal Earnings icon in the top right corner of your Home page.
After you reach the $1,000, $2,500, $5,000, and $10,000 club milestones, you will get the chance to claim your very own Ibotta merchandise. Not interested in free merch? You can choose to donate to Feeding America(R) instead and Ibotta will make a donation on your behalf!

I got a text message or an email about merchandise from Ibotta, what's next?
We work with a third-party vendor, Loop & Tie, they will contact you to claim your item, confirm your order, and let you know when it’s shipped.
If you recently received a text message or email about merchandise, keep an eye out for an email from them on how to claim your item. They will be contacting you within a month or so.

FAQs & troubleshooting
Q: Will I be able to claim merchandise for milestones I’ve reached in the past?
A: No, if you reached a club milestone before the new merchandise program was available, you won’t be able to claim that Ibotta item.
The good news is, that you still have the chance to claim Ibotta merchandise as you continue to reach new club milestones! Keep on earning, after you have reached the next milestone, you will get the chance to claim your very own Ibotta merchandise.
Q: I filled out the form to claim my merchandise, when should I expect to receive it?
A: We work with a third-party vendor, Loop & Tie, to help claim and distribute Ibotta merchandise. They will contact you to confirm your order and let you know when it has shipped.
In most cases, your claimed item should arrive at the address you entered on their form 3-5 business days after you receive a shipment tracking email.
Q: I need help with my merchandise, who do I contact?
A: Loop & Tie can help you if you have further questions about any of the following:
- Form fulfillment: missed deadlines, incorrect information, link won’t work, etc.
- Claimed items: damaged, stolen, missing, etc.
- Shipping or tracking information
