Ready to Cash Out? Confirm your Ibotta Account:
- Tap on your preferred option for withdrawal.
- A pop up will appear stating that we have sent a confirmation email to the email address associated with your Ibotta account.
- An email should be sent within 5 minutes. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please tap Resend Email.
- Confirm your account through the link provided in your email.
Note: If you have already confirmed your account but are having issues with device verification, check here.
Still having issues?
Check your Spam and/or Junk folders for an email from email@example.com titled "Confirm Your Email Address."
Also, make sure your Ibotta email address is spelled correctly and still an active email address.
To confirm that your Ibotta email corresponds with your email address: tap Account on the Navigation Bar, tap Settings, and tap on Update Profile to check the exact spelling of the email address associated with your Ibotta account.
Need to change your email address? From Update Profile in Settings, tap on your email address, change the necessary information, and make sure to save all of your changes.
