When you cash out with a gift card, you'll be provided email instructions on how to claim your gift card within 24 hours. If you do not receive an email from us, please check the following:
1. Confirm the email address you sent the email instructions to.
To check this tap Account on the Navigation Bar. From the Account menu, tap Settings. Under settings, you will see "Update Profile" and the email associated to your account. (Need to change your account email address, check here.)
2. Check all spam and promotions folders.
Make sure to check all of your Spam, Promotions, and Junk folders for your gift card email.
3. Resend the gift card email.
From the main screen, tap the activity bell at the top of the screen. From the "Activity" screen locate and tap the gift card notification. Tap "?" (Help) in the upper right hand corner and select "Resend Gift Card". Another gift card email with instructions will be sent to your Ibotta email address.
