A withdrawal of your Ibotta earnings to your Venmo account will usually be completed within an hour.
However, during high traffic times, the withdrawal can take up to 24 hours to show up in your Venmo account.
If you do not receive your earnings in your Venmo account, we suggest first checking the email address of the Venmo account that we have on file. Please tap Account, tap Withdraw Cash, and verify that the email address displayed next to Venmo is the correct address.
Here are a couple of reasons why you may have not received your funds:
- Your Venmo account has not been validated.
- If you have a new Venmo account or one that you have not used before, it is possible that your account has not yet been validated through Venmo. Please contact Venmo for assistance with validating your Venmo account. Once your account is validated, your earnings should show up within 24 hours.
- The Venmo email address provided links to an account that does not exist.
- If you have provided an incorrect Venmo email address, you will not need to contact Venmo to reverse the payment. Please contact our Care Team to assist you in refunding your payment.
