Offer details are the parameters that determine if an item is eligible for an offer. Checking offer details will help ensure you receive the expected cash back.
You can find the offer page Details by following the steps in the app below
- Search for the retailer on the Home page
- Tap the retailer
- Find the offer from Your list or search for the offer by tapping the magnifying glass on the top right corner of the retailer page
- Tap the offer
- Review the Details or tap Check product barcode to verify offer eligibility
Here is what you will find in the offer details
- The number of times an offer can be redeemed per receipt
- Included or excluded varieties or sizes
- Specific purchase requirements
- Check product barcode feature
- Bonuses the offer may qualify for
- Retailers Availability: in-store or pickup & delivery
- Other similar offers
What if the product or barcode doesn't match?
It's important to review the offer page Details for any requirements or exclusions to investigate why a product may not be matching. If the product does not match the Details, unfortunately, it may not be eligible for offer cash back.
You can also try scanning the barcode by tapping on Check product barcode. If the item does not match the offer after scanning the barcode, there may be a few reasons why. For more help on barcodes not matching, check here: Help: The product barcode does not match.
