Now we offer two options for receipt submission at both Rite Aid & Giant Eagle (includes affiliates Market District & getGo).
After 48 hours, if you have not received an update after scanning your loyalty card, please follow these steps so we can ensure you receive credit for your purchase:
- Once you have added all desired offers, tap Redeem on the Navigation Bar.
- You will then be prompted to either Use Card or Use Receipt. Please tap Use Receipt.
- Submit your receipt as you would for a non-preferred retailer. (Unsure how to verify with a receipt? Visit here.)
- That's it! Once you have submitted your receipt, it should be processed within 24 - 48 hours.
*Note: Do not resend a receipt that has already been electronically sent and approved for credit. You may only receive credit on your first submission or for missed offers for a second submission.*
