There are some reasons that you may need to resend your receipt to Ibotta.
Here are a few of the most common reasons:
- You accidentally forgot to add an offer to your account but you purchased the product.
- We missed giving you credit for an offer on your receipt.
- Your receipt was marked as unreadable or was missing some information that our Team needs in order to review your receipt.
Not to worry! Resending your receipt is easy. When the offers appear back in your gallery, you're ready to resend your receipt. Tap Redeem and select the retailer. Take pictures of your receipt, being sure to include all of the important information. [NOTE: Don't forget to take pictures of all sections of your receipt for your second submission.] Approve the offers that are missing and tap Collect. We'll review your second submission within 48 hours.
Reminder: You can only submit a receipt for an offer one time. Sending the same receipt for the same offer more than one time is against the rules. However, if we didn't credit your multiple redemption properly, please write us so that we can get that fixed for you.
