If you accidentally sent your receipt for the wrong retailer, you can resend your receipt under the right one.
In many cases, our system will read the receipt and see that something isn't right. You will receive a notification that the retailer was incorrect and the offers will return to your offers. Once your offers have become available again, send us your receipt under the correct retailer and we will review your purchase within 48 hours. Please reach out to the Care Team if you experience issues resubmitting your receipt under the correct retailer.
