If you accidentally sent your receipt for the wrong retailer, you can resend your receipt under the right one.
In many cases, our system will read the receipt and see that something isn't right. You will receive a notification that the retailer was incorrect and the offers will return to your gallery. Once your offers have returned to your gallery, send us your receipt under the right retailer and we will review your purchase within 48 hours.
If any offers do not show back up in your gallery that were not credited, please send your receipt for the remaining offers through the app. You can write our Care Team for anything you are still missing and we'll be happy to review for you.
