Are you having trouble checking out? Is the partner app not loading? Is something just not working right?
Some times there may be a technical issue between Ibotta and the partner app or website which can be easily resolved.
- First, try updating both the partner app and the Ibotta app from the Google Play or Apple App Store. This ensures that both parties are working on their latest version for optimal performance. If you still have trouble, try the next step.
- Next, try removing the partner app. If you are still unable to perform actions on the partner app or in the web experience, uninstalling the partner app will remove any additional connection points. When you access the retailer through the Ibotta app, it should refresh a web connection and perform optimally.
