Sorry to hear that! We recommend the following fix for this issue:
- Be sure that you have sufficient phone service and/or internet connection on your device.
- Ensure that both Ibotta and the partner app are updated to the latest app store version.
- Close all apps on your device including Ibotta. For iOS users, double-tap on your device's Homescreen button and swipe upward on each open app. For Android users, open Task Manager and swipe on the app or tap "X".
- Reopen Ibotta and find the desired offer.
- Attempt to relaunch the offer through the "Shop" button.
