In the right-hand corner of your current screen (whether on a mobile device or computer), you will find "Submit a request," which will direct you to provide us with details about your inquiry.
We kindly request that you include any applicable information related to your inquiry. This includes, but is not limited to: pictures or screenshots of your receipt, pictures of your items, receipt details, phone number, etcetera. With this information, we are able to handle your inquiry more efficiently.
