When a user is locked out of their account, they will be unable to withdraw their earnings and must contact the Care Team.
Being locked out from your account means that we need to review a portion of your account. Some times, too many people log into the same device; this may cause all accounts to be locked out. Some times, a user may submit too many receipts that are too old; this may cause an account to be locked out.
We don't think of you as a bad user, it might be that you don't quite know how Ibotta works yet. And that's OK.
If you are locked out from your account, please write the Care Team so that we can take a look at your account and help guide you in the right direction. We do understand that being locked out can be frustrating, but we will always try our best to get you unlocked and back on your way as fast as we can.
