Check the offer details to see how long purchases from your retailer are supposed to be pending. Please keep in mind that the details may contain "Up to X days from the date of purchase". Your purchase may post early or right on time.
If your purchase is pending longer than it is supposed to, wait another 24 hours to see if the purchase posts. If it does not post, please write our Online Care Team by submitting a request. Please include screenshots or a PDF file of your entire confirmation email.
