Online Shopping bonuses are not always awarded at the same time as your Online Shopping purchase cash back.
Bonuses are awarded at the end of the offers pending period. In some cases, it can take up to 90 days to receive the cash back from a bonus. Check the offer details by clicking on the offer you redeemed for information on the pending period.
Your bonus may be removed from your account when it expires, but don't worry, the bonus will still be linked to your purchase. If you made a purchase while the bonus was still active, you will receive cash back at the end of the pending period, which is posted within the offer details.
- You can view bonuses that have expired within the past 72 hours in the Recently expired section under Bonuses in your app.

If you're looking for bonuses, trying to link a loyalty account, or want to shop by category, head over to the new Explore page. Here you can find your bonus progress, search retailer pages to link accounts, and discover more ways to earn cash back!
This also means that some articles in the Help Center may not apply to this new app experience. These new features may not be visible to all Savers yet.
If you do not see your Online Shopping bonus after the pending period is over, please submit a ticket to the Care team using our automated chatbot. Include the name of the bonus and the date of the purchase that qualifies.
