Online Shopping bonuses, or credit towards a bonus, are not always awarded at the same time as your Online Shopping purchase credit.
If you purchase from a retailer with a long pending period, you may not see credit for the related bonus for quite some time. However, our system will keep track of any bonuses available at the time that your purchase was made.
Your bonus may be removed from your account when the redemption period is over, but the bonus will be linked to your purchase. If you made a purchase during the bonus time frame and the credit from your purchase has posted, please be aware that your bonus credit may not post at the same time as your purchase credit.
If you do not see your Online Shopping bonus credit within 14 days of your offer crediting, please submit a ticket to the Care team and include the name of the bonus and the date of the purchase that qualifies.
