Online Shopping bonuses, or progress towards a bonus, are not always awarded at the same time as your Online Shopping purchase cash back.
If you purchase from a retailer with a long pending period, you may not see the cash back for the related bonus for quite some time. However, our system will keep track of any bonuses available at the time that your purchase was made.
Your bonus may be removed from your account when the redemption period is over, but the bonus will be linked to your purchase. If you made a purchase during the bonus time frame and the cash back from your purchase has posted, please be aware that your bonus may not post at the same time as your purchase cash back.
If you do not see your Online Shopping bonus within 14 days of your offer cash back, please submit a ticket to the Care team and include the name of the bonus and the date of the purchase that qualifies.
