Mobile shopping bonuses, or credit towards a bonus, are awarded when the purchase is no longer pending and has posted credit to your account.
If you purchase from a retailer with a long pending period, you may not see credit for the related bonus for quite some time. However, our system will keep track of any bonuses available at the time that your purchase was made.
Your bonus may be removed from your account when the redemption period is over but the bonus will be linked to your purchase. If you made a purchase during the bonus time frame and the credit from your purchase has posted, please write our Mobile Care Team if you do not receive the appropriate bonus or credit towards a bonus.
Use the Help Center to submit a request and include the name of the bonus and the date of the purchase that qualifies.
