The reason you may see a ticket solved without a response is if you created more than one ticket related to the same topic.
When multiple tickets are created, this may cause confusion for our Care team and makes it difficult to track your issue.
To help with the confusion, your tickets will likely be merged together. This may result in your receiving a response that your ticket has been solved without a response. Don’t worry though, your tickets have been merged and you will receive one response for your initial multiple tickets.
We recommend creating one ticket for your requests and replying to that open ticket if you have more or new questions. You can do this by logging into the help center and viewing your ticket history.
