Some users are creating multiple tickets when they don't receive a response from our team. This loads our system and distributes tickets to agents based on keywords. Therefore, when a user creates multiple tickets regarding the same issue, this can confuse our team and the user, especially if different responses are received. We recommend creating one ticket for your requests and adding to that already created ticket if you have more or new questions. You can do this by logging into the help center and viewing your ticket history.
If you create multiple tickets regarding the same or similar issue or request, your tickets may be merged together to streamline our service. This can result in you receiving a response that your ticket has been solved without a response to your issue. Do not worry though, your newer tickets have been merged with your oldest ticket and your oldest ticket remains open.
