We are sorry for any confusion caused by an over-reporting error for orders placed from 5/28/19 through 7/1/19.
We recently learned that one of our affiliate partners that hosts several of our most popular retailers over-reported the purchase values for many orders. As a result, the rewards that were paid out or were pending for Savers were inflated. In order to adjust these order values to the correct amount, we must remove all unearned credits from the impacted accounts.
Our apologies for any confusion this may have caused. If you believe that your credit was adjusted in error, please reach out the Care team and we will be happy to investigate. In order for us to research your purchase, please provide us with your order confirmation email, including a complete breakdown of the total paid.
