If your friend did not receive the Pay with Ibotta gift card you sent, it’s easy to resend it to them!
Please follow the below steps within the Ibotta app:
- Go to Account
- Select Payments, then Transactions
- Tap the "..." icon to view the gift details
- Click Resend and choose text or email as your delivery method
If your friend does not receive the gift card after resending it, please submit a request to our Care Team.
