If your gift card QR code or barcode will not scan at the register, brighten your phone screen and try again.
You should also ask the cashier to manually enter the numerical gift card number listed under the gift card QR code or barcode.
If you’re unable to use the gift card at checkout, the balance is still stored and can be used for a future purchase from that retailer, in-store or online!
