There are a variety of reasons why an error message may appear when attempting to save your payment method.
- Make sure your card number, expiration date, and security code are entered correctly.
- Double check that your card is not expired.
- Confirm there are no holds on your account.
- Close out of and refresh the app, and attempt the process again.
