Your payment code should appear immediately after purchase.
The payment code and all previous Pay with Ibotta transactions can be found in your Account page, within the Payments section, under Transactions. Payment codes can be retrieved from there any time. If you do not see the Pay with Ibotta transaction in your Payments section, please log out of the app, refresh your device and app, and log back in.
You will also receive a copy of your payment code in your email inbox shortly after purchase. If you still do not see your payment code appear, please write our Ibotta Care team.
