You will want to first verify that the item purchased qualifies for the offer. You can confirm this by reviewing the details on the offer page.
Items that were substituted and no longer qualify according to the offer details will be ineligible for credit. Therefore, please verify that the item wasn't substituted when you received your groceries.
If the item qualifies for the credit according to the offer details and it was not substituted on your purchase, please create a ticket so that the Care Team can investigate further.
