Great news, H-E-B Online is back! On March 9, 2021, we were experiencing issues receiving purchases from H-E-B Online and made this retailer temporarily unavailable in the app. While we were actively working on re-enabling a seamless flow, we requested photo submission of receipts within the Ibotta app.
As of Thursday, April 14th, 2021, this issue has been resolved.
H-E-B Online has returned to the app. You will need to re-link to get cash back through your connected account. If you encounter issues connecting with your H-E-B Online loyalty account, be sure to update to the latest version of the app, and/or clear your cache before trying again.
