How it works
Link your Drizly account to Ibotta for faster cash back online with pickup and delivery. You’ll receive cash back within an hour of getting your order. Just be sure to start with Ibotta every time you shop.
1. Link your account
Find the Drizly marketplace and tap Link account to sign in or create an account.
2. Add offers to Your Drizly list
Before you shop, check out the offer details. Offers may only apply to certain categories. Make sure you read the offer details to get your cash.
3. Go shopping
Start with Ibotta to shop and check out online like you always do.

FAQ & Troubleshooting
Q: When will I receive cash back from my Drizly purchase?
A: Cash back will be applied after your Drizly order has been delivered, usually within an hour of delivery.
Q: I don't see the option to link my Drizly account yet.
This feature is partially limited until 3/31. Check back again soon!
Q: I get an error that states “Something went wrong, please try again.”
A: If you see this error when trying to connect with Drizly through Ibotta, try logging in directly by navigating to Drizly.com in your web browser. You can find support for connecting a payment method and other connectivity issues via Drizly's Help Center.
Q: I tried linking but I see a “Someone already linked this Drizly account” message. What does that mean?
A: While the Drizly account is valid, it has already been linked to another Ibotta account. This may occur when family members are sharing accounts. To link with Ibotta, please use a different account.
Q: How do I unlink my Drizly account from Ibotta?
A: From the navigation bar, tap Account > Settings > Linked Accounts to disconnect Drizly from your Ibotta account.
Q: Can you use Drizly with Ibotta in every state?
A: Availability and usage depend on your state’s laws. Unfortunately, some states do not allow cash back discounts on alcohol. If usage is not restricted in your area, but you are placing an order to a different state, the recipient's state laws will determine availability.
Q: Help! My account shows that it's connected, but I'm not seeing cash back on my purchases.
A: Did this scenario happen to you?
- You confirmed that you went shopping with a connected payment method (i.e. your credit card)
- You used that connected payment method when paying for your purchase
- But you still don't see cash back
To fix this issue, you will need to unlink and relink your account. If you don't see cash back 48-hours after pickup or delivery, please contact Ibotta Care for additional help.
