On July 22, 2022, we encountered an issue preventing PayPal accounts from linking with Ibotta. Savers that were experiencing this issue were unable to withdraw earnings using PayPal.
As of Thursday, July 28th, 2022, this issue has been resolved.
PayPal linking has returned to the app. If you continue to encounter issues connecting with your PayPal account, be sure to update to the latest version of the app, and/or clear your cache before trying again. Thank you for your patience while we work to make your earning experience right.
