12/15/2022, There has been a recently identified issue causing emails to send incorrect Bonus earnings cash back amounts for eligible Online shopping purchases. Unfortunately, the emails are inflating the actual cash back amount earned and are incorrect. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
If you have recently received one of these emails, you can verify the correct cash back amount in the app in your Transaction history by tapping the teal earnings button from the top right corner of your home page, tapping My earnings, and tapping the transaction.
This will reflect the correct bonus amount earned. Please know we are currently investigating the issue and working on a fix.
