How do I change the PayPal account connected to Ibotta?

Changing the PayPal account you have linked to Ibotta is easy—from within the Ibotta app, you'll be able to remove a linked payment method and then add a different one

If you use an iOS device, please follow these steps to remove a payment method:

1. Tap your earnings, located at the top right of the homepage.
2. Tap Withdraw Cash towards the top.
3. On the payment method that you wish to remove, Swipe left (drag your finger from right to left).
4. Tap the red Delete.
5. You'll see that the previous payment method has been removed.

If you use an Android device, please follow these steps to remove a payment method:

1. Tap your earnings, located at the top right of the homepage.
2. Tap Withdraw Cash towards the top.

As a security measure, Ibotta will expire the connection between any payment accounts that are linked to an Ibotta account every 90 days. This doesn't affect any earnings that have been transferred from the Ibotta account to the payment account, it simply resets the connection between the two. To reconnect your payment account, simply follow the steps to re-link it to your Ibotta account, and then you can withdraw your earnings as normal.
