Are you receiving a message stating "Invalid Log In Credentials" after making sure all of your log-in information is correct?
Common Reasons for Account Deactivation:
Multiple duplicate receipt submissions
More than two 2 accounts linked to your device (active or inactive)
- No more than 2 accounts may ever be linked to the same device. Any attempt to link more than 2 accounts to the same device will be considered an act of fraud as stated above and may be subject to immediate account deactivation.
Multiple submissions of receipts older than one week
- Our policy is to only allow receipt submissions within a week of purchase date. Repeated attempts to submit receipts outside of this timeframe will be considered fraudulent behavior and subject to account deactivation.
