Why am I locked out from withdrawing my earnings?

Are you new to using Ibotta? If so, we have increased the validation period for new Ibotta accounts. Please try to withdraw your earnings once you have satisfied the following:

1. Reached at least $20 minimum in your earnings balance
2. Successfully redeemed at least one (1) offer, 
3. Waited at least 7 days after redeeming your first offer, AND
4. Verified your phone number

In the meantime, we encourage you to continue using the app, take advantage of our many offers and bonuses, and try withdrawing your earnings another time.

If you are not new to Ibotta, being locked out from withdrawing your earnings means that we need to review a portion of your account. There are two main reasons why an account may become locked:

Too many people have logged in using the same device, causing all Ibotta accounts on that device to become locked.   Too many invalid receipts have been submitted.

We do understand that being locked out can be frustrating, but we will always try our best to get you unlocked and back to saving as fast as we can.
