You can earn even more cash back with bonuses on the Bonuses tab in the app or on the browser extension. If you haven’t received cash back from a bonus yet, make sure you’ve completed the following:
Complete your bonus within the qualifying time period (after the bonus starts and before the bonus ends).

- Try to keep track of bonus expirations and get your receipts sent to Ibotta at least 24 hours before the expiration. If the bonus expires before it is completed, you will not qualify for the bonus.
- You can view bonuses that have expired within the past 72 hours in the Recently expired section under Bonuses in your app.

Redeem offers that apply to the bonus.

- A brand-specific bonus will have specific offers linked to the bonus. Redemptions of other offers, even offers by the same brand, will not apply unless they are linked to the bonus.
- Category-specific bonuses will have specific retailers and offers linked to the bonus. Redemptions from other retailers or categories will not apply unless they are linked to the bonus.
If the bonus relies on the action by another saver, ensure you and the other saver completes the required actions.

Complete the bonus.
