Being locked out from withdrawing your earnings means that we need to review a portion of your account. There are two main reasons why an account may become locked:
- Too many people log into the same device, causing all Ibotta accounts on that device to become locked.
- A user has submitted too many old receipts.
If you are locked out from your account, please submit a ticket to the Care Team so that we can take a look at your account and help guide you in the right direction. We do understand that being locked out can be frustrating, but we will always try our best to get you unlocked and back to saving as fast as we can.
