How long does it take for Online Shopping purchases to show as pending?
It depends. Once an Online Shopping retailer lets us know you made a qualifying purchase, we'll mark your offer as "Pending", and your purchase will be visible in your account.
Some purchases will show as pending within a few hours, and others will show as pending once the item is shipped or delivered. To find your offer's pending period, visit the offer details. Tap the offer image to see if there are any special guidelines for your purchase.
Here's what to do if you're purchase does not post as pending:
- Check the offer details for any special guidelines.
- If there are no special guidelines, wait 72 hours to see if the purchase will post.
