You are not able to check the balance of a gift card code from within the Ibotta app. To check the balance of a gift card, follow the process outlined by the retailer for checking gift card balances.
You can see all of your purchased gift cards in the Ibotta app. From the home page scroll down and select Gift cards. Then tap the gift card icon in the top right corner to see your gift cards.

Be aware: Gift card balances will not update automatically in-app, but you are able to adjust the amounts manually in the Ibotta app after purchase. To keep your gift cards organized, you can enter a new remaining balance, or mark the entire gift card code amount as spent. To update the displayed balance, select a transaction on the Gift cards page, then select Update balance. |
NOTE: Updating the displayed balance or marking a gift card as spent does not change the actual value of the gift card. Gift cards are not removed automatically when the balance has been used.
