Help: I received an error when adding a payment method.

There are a variety of reasons why an error message may appear when attempting to add or update a payment method. Try these tips to troubleshoot common reasons for an error message:

  • Make sure your debit card number, expiration date, and security code are entered correctly.
  • Make sure your debit card is not expired.
  • Confirm there are no holds on your account.
  • Log out of the app, refresh your device, log back in, and attempt the process again.
