There are a variety of reasons why an error message may appear when attempting to add or update a payment method.
- Make sure your debit or credit card number, expiration date, and security code are entered correctly.
- Make sure your debit or credit card is not expired.
- Confirm there are no holds on your account.
- Log out of the app, refresh your device, log back in, and attempt the process again.
