We're sorry about that! Check out these tips for troubleshooting a missing gift card code:
- The code is also sent in a confirmation email to the email associated with your Ibotta account. Be sure to check your Promotions or Spam folder.
- You can also find the gift card code and all previous gift card transactions at any time by navigating to the Account page and selecting Gift cards. If you do not see the gift card transaction on the Gift cards page, please log out of the app, refresh your device, and log back in.
- To use your gift card, you must have an internet connection. Make sure you're not experiencing any connectivity issues.
After trying these steps and you still do not see your gift card code or transaction on the Gift cards page, please contact our Care team for assistance.
