The most common instances where it appears there is an unauthorized charge on a debit card are:
1. Gift card transactions - Gift card transactions will appear as IBOTTA PAY on your debit card statement, and they will list the name of the retailer.
2. ‘Recurring’ flag on card statements - you may see a "recurring" flag on your statement, but this does not indicate that you are subscribed to a recurring plan or charge.
- This "recurring" flag does indicate that you have saved your card for future charges.
