You can change your Ibotta account email address on the Ibotta mobile app.
How do I change the email address on my Ibotta account?
To change the email address on your Ibotta account, please be sure you have access to both your old and new email addresses. Then, follow these steps to change your email address in the app:
- Tap the dropdown menu in the top left corner of the app
- Tap Profile
- Tap Settings
- Tap Login information
- Tap Edit next to the email address, enter, and confirm your new email address.
- Tap Save
- You will receive confirmation emails to both the old and new email addresses, please be sure to Confirm this change in both emails
- Once you have confirmed the change, you can complete the login process using your new email address
How do I change the email address if I created an account using Apple, Google, or Facebook?
When you first create your Ibotta account using Apple, Google, or Facebook, the email address will initially be the same as your linked social account email address. If you wish to change this email address, you must first create a password if one has not already been created.

What if I don't have access to my old email address?
If you do not have access to your old email address, unfortunately, you will not be able to change it in the app as a confirmation email must be sent to the old email address to complete the change.
