What is a referral bonus?

A Referral bonus is a way for you to be rewarded for inviting new Savers to Ibotta.

A Referral bonus is a great way to earn more cash back and reach your earning goals faster. However, there are some rules to earning a Referral bonus:

• You must invite a new Saver to Ibotta. 
  The new Saver cannot create a second account to use your referral code and must have never had an Ibotta account before.
   
• The new Saver must have their own device. 
  The new Saver cannot share a device with you or anyone else. Sharing a device will disqualify them from a welcome bonus and you from the referral bonus.
   
• The new Saver must redeem an offer.

Sometimes, Ibotta may offer additional bonuses for referring multiple new Savers. However, there are systems in place that prevent Savers from creating multiple accounts or fraudulent (fake) accounts. We want you and your friends to love Ibotta as much as we do; please don't break the rules regarding referrals.
