Q: How do I get an access code?
A: Be on the lookout — access codes will be shared through various Ibotta channels, including email, push notifications, and social media. At this time, you can’t request an access code.
Q: Where do I enter the access code?
- Navigate to the Access codes page in the app by selecting it from the drop-down in the upper left corner of the home page.
- Enter your access code here. Be sure to double check your spelling to make sure it’s entered correctly. Then, tap Submit code.
- If you’ve entered a valid access code, you’ll see that it was successful on the next page.
- Then, tap View bonus/View offer(s)/View reward to see your reward!
Q: Can I enter the access code on the Ibotta website?
A: No, access codes aren't available to redeem via the Ibotta website at this time.
Q: What if my access code doesn't work?
A: Double-check that the access code is entered correctly. Access codes may be case-sensitive or have an expiration date. Access codes may also have limited quantities available or be limited to select Savers. You’ll be notified after submitting the access code if you don’t qualify.
Q: Why don’t I have access to a specific access code?
A: Offers and bonuses are personalized for each Saver, so we can’t guarantee they'll be available to everyone. We try to mix them up so we have something achievable for everyone, so stay tuned.
Q: Can an access code be used more than once?
A: You may only use a specific access code once.

Beginning 1/21/26, select Savers will be sent an access code via email and push notifications. Enter your access code to unlock the Cash Bash bonus for a chance to earn extra cash! Don’t delay—the access code for this bonus is only valid until 11:59PM MT on 1/24/26.
