If you accidentally sent or uploaded your receipt for the wrong retailer or wrong purchase you can resend your receipt under the right one after the wrong receipt has finished pending.
In many cases, our system will read the receipt and see that something isn't right. You will receive a notification that the retailer was incorrect and the offers will return to your offers. It may take 48 hours for the offers to show back up in Your retailer list.
Once your offers have become available again, send us your intended receipt and we will review your purchase within 48 hours.
