We know how frustrating this can be when all you want to do is get your receipt sent in and groceries put away.
It may be that Ibotta's access to your camera is restricted, but you can adjust those settings on your device.
For iOS Users:
- Go to your device Settings.
- Scroll down to Ibotta.
- Then click Privacy.
- Make sure camera permissions are turned on.
For Android Users:
- Go to your device Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Application Manager.
- Tap Ibotta.
- Tap on Permissions and Camera and make sure your camera permissions are turned on.
