If you're unable to click the chat icon or Submit a request in the Help Center, you may need to try updating your web browser settings or any blocking software.

- Try using a different web browser
- Try using a different device
- Try a private or incognito browsing window
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Update your browser and plugins
- Reset your browser settings
- Disable any blocking software
- Disable or adjust your firewall or security settings
Troubleshooting didn't work

- A summary of any issue(s) you're experiencing.
- If you're missing cash back, a clear picture of the full receipt and a list of any offers/bonuses you were expecting to earn cash back for.
We know it can be frustrating to send us this information and appreciate your understanding. Providing this will help us get you your cash back faster in case our system didn't receive the original transaction.
