An expired offer means that the offer is no longer available for redemption.
All offers have an expected expiration date and time, however, if an offer suddenly surges in popularity, the expiration date and time can change. Offers can expire early due to the volume of redemptions.
Once the offer is removed from the Ibotta app, expired offers can no longer be redeemed on a receipt. We suggest sending your receipt through the app the same day as your purchase. This will ensure you receive all of your added offers.
