When you are missing credit from a receipt, there are few reasons why you may have not received credit.
As a first step, we highly suggest verifying that the product qualifies for the offer by reviewing the offer details.
If you aren't quite sure if the item qualifies as outlined within the offer details, feel free to follow the instructions outlined below:
Step 1: Tap on the offer you are trying to redeem and view the Offer Details page.
Step 2: Tap on the "Check Product Barcode" button. Scan the barcode on the product.
If the item qualifies, you will receive a message confirming this. If you receive a message stating that the item does not qualify, please feel free to review and follow the instructions included in the article linked below:
If your item qualifies and it is still within 7 days of your purchase date, feel free to resubmit your receipt for the missing offer in order to receive credit.
If you are unable to locate the offer within your account, please be aware that it may take up to 24 hours from the completion time of your previous submission for the offer to reappear in your Ibotta account if it was not due to expire.
