If you have Touch ID enabled as a security measure on your Ibotta account, it'll be used during various account points—if the Touch ID feature is not functioning correctly, you can disable it
Disable Touch ID
- Tap the Profile dropdown menu on the top left corner of the home page.
- Tap Settings
- Tap Enable Touch ID to white to turn this feature off. You can also turn this feature back on by tapping it to green.
- Restart and refresh the app.
