Help: I am having trouble with the Touch ID feature in Ibotta.
If you have Touch ID enabled as a security measure on your Ibotta account, it'll be used during various account points—if the Touch ID feature is not functioning correctly, you can disable it
Disable Touch ID
Tap the Profile dropdown menu on the top left corner of the home page.
Tap Settings
Tap Enable Touch ID to white to turn this feature off. You can also turn this feature back on by tapping it to green.
